We want all families to be able to attend our classes regardless of their financial situation. Anyone can apply for a scholarship - from families who are new to Music Together® to families who have taken our classes for many years. All scholarships will be reviewed and awarded at the discretion of the director. No financial information will be requested; it is expected that applicants for scholarships truly need the assistance.

Some possibilities for tuition help include the following:

For each friend who registers you get $25 referral credit toward tuition.

Scholarship

Pay what you honestly can, remembering that this is a livelihood for those of us who provide this music experience for your family.  If you are interested in a scholarship, please fill out our Scholarship Request form. We understand that every family’s circumstances are different. This option works best when paired with flexibility regarding class placement. Every effort will be made to award scholarships to families that qualify; however, this may not be fiscally possible.

Barter

Have a special talent, joy, hobby or gift that could be exchanged? Are you a social media genius or local influencer? Some families have chosen to barter their time or talents in exchange for reduced tuition. We will consider offers of help that will spread the word about Sounds Good Westchester. Possibilities include delivering brochures to area businesses, posting about us in online communities as a brand ambassador, documenting our classes with your professional photography or video talents, using your graphic design training to help with our marketing, etc. 

Help from other sources

Many grandparents or other family members -- and friends -- are thrilled to offer Music Together classes as a special birthday or holiday gift for a child they love. It’s especially lovely when they can see how much fun their gift provides by visiting your child in class! Gift certificates are always available and can be personalized with any message and any gift amount.
